About the Role
Super Pickle Games is an indie mobile game studio working on a mid-core / hybrid-casual game Beast Bumpers.
We're looking for a UX/UI Designer to join us as a part-time contractor (ad hoc task-based) and help us with work overload and help us sharpen the player experience across our existing features and the ones we're building next.

In this role, you will:
- Design and iterate on UI/UX for live and upcoming features - menus, HUD, shop, progression, onboarding, guild systems, and more
- Work in Figma end-to-end: wireframes, flows, hi-fi mockups, prototypes, specs
- Collaborate directly with our Lead UX Designer, artists, and Unity devs to make sure designs land well
Must-haves:
- Excellent Figma skills - components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, the full toolkit
- Hands-on Unity experience - you can open a project, navigate scenes/prefabs, and review how your designs are implemented
- Mobile games experience - shipped or contributed to mobile titles, ideally free-to-play
- Strong portfolio showing mobile game UI/UX work (this matters more than CV)
Nice to have:
- Experience with mid-core or hybrid-casual games
- Motion/micro-interaction design sensibility
- Experience designing for LiveOps features (events, shops, battle passes)
Our offer:
- Part-time task-based engagement: ~10-20h/week over next 3-4 months.
- Contracts: B2B / Umowa Zlecenie / Umowa o dzieło
- Rate: 40-60 PLN/h net (depending on experience)
