We’re working on an AAA dark fantasy RPG - the first title of a planned saga set in our brand-new universe. The visual style of cinematics is grounded and realistic.

Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first line of IT support for the Rebel Wolves Team (1st and 2nd line, both on-site and remote support);
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations and office equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, accessories, conference room hardware);
- Performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and small repairs/upgrades (yes, screwdrivers will be involved🪛);
- Resolving incidents reported by the team, documenting activities in Jira, and escalating when necessary;
- Maintaining full ownership of tickets throughout their lifecycle;
- Taking on additional tasks aligned with your interests and project needs.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in similar role;
- Good knowledge of Windows Domain (what it is, how it works, adding users, modifying groups);
- Windows 11 expertise – ability to quickly diagnose and fix issues;
- Knowledge of modern PC architecture;
- Basic network knowledge - DHCP, DNS, VPN
- Experience managing access to internal & external services (Google Workspace, Office 365, VPNs, licenses);
- Advanced computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly;
- Excellent communication and client service skills;
- Strong problem-solving attitude and efficient task management;
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive “can-do” mindset;
- Native/proficient Polish;
- Ability to communicate in English (at least at B2 level);
- Ability to work from the office every day (9 am - 5 pm).
Nice to have:
- Experience in the gamedev industry;
- Familiarity with macOS;
- Experience with Slack, Parsec, Perforce Helix Software;
- Passion for video games.
