Art Lead

Join Product Madness as an Art Lead and help shape the visual direction of mobile games played by millions. You’ll guide creative vision, lead a team of artists, and ensure our games deliver a consistent, high-quality player experience.

What you’ll do

• Lead and coordinate a team of artists across game projects and sprints
• Define and drive art direction for mini-games, keeping visuals and player experience aligned with the brand
• Review, refine, and support game art throughout production
• Work with Art Directors, Product, and cross-functional teams to align creative and business goals
• Manage workflows and tasks in tools like Jira
• Maintain art pipeline quality, standards, and processes
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, in scope, and within budget
• Mentor and support artists in their growth and development
• Track progress and help improve team performance and processes

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years leading artists in a mobile game or publishing environment
• Experience in creative direction for mobile games, ideally social casino
• Strong visual eye and understanding of composition and style
• Good communication and collaboration skills (both team and stakeholder-facing)
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, flexible environment
• Passion for mobile games and industry trends
• Open to feedback and collaboration
