- Improve porting processes and document best practices.
What we expect:
- Strong Unity experience and work on shipped games.
- Experience with Nintendo Switch, PS5, or Xbox pipelines.
- Experience porting games to consoles and/or mobile.
- Ability to independently plan, estimate, and complete projects.
- Comfort leading freelancers or distributed development teams.
- A proactive approach to technical problem-solving.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Daily use of AI tools in development work, such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor,
Copilot, or similar tools.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Nintendo Switch, PS5, or Xbox pipelines.
- Porting experience on iOS / Android.
- Experience with multiplayer titles, remakes, or remasters.
- Knowledge of Netcode for GameObjects, Mirror, or EOS.
- Experience with Unity Profiler, DOTS / ECS, or optimization.
- Experience working with publishers or in a B2B model.
We offer:
- 100% remote work with the option to meet in Kraków.
- Salary commensurate with skills and experience
- Flexible cooperation model: B2B / UZ / UoD.
- Direct cooperation with company leadership.
- Real influence on how porting is done in the studio.
- Indie projects and larger productions across multiple platforms.
- High technical autonomy and growth opportunities as the studio scales.
- Multisport access
