About LYNXBYTE GAMES

LYNXBYTE Games is a Polish game development studio specializing in console porting and co-development services for PC and console games.

We help international developers and publishers bring their games to new platforms through:

  • Nintendo Switch / Nintendo Switch 2 porting
  • PlayStation and Xbox development
  • Co-development support Technical adaptation and optimization

Our clients range from indie developers to established international publishers. Over the last year, the company has scaled rapidly, expanded its client portfolio, and started working on significantly larger productions, including AAA-level projects.

Why this role exists

Our outbound sales efforts are growing quickly, and we are looking for someone who can work directly alongside the sales lead to expand outreach capacity, improve lead generation, and help manage relationships across the gaming industry.

This role is not about aggressive corporate sales tactics or mass automation spam. The gaming industry is relationship-driven, and transparent communication matters heavily. We are looking for someone who can understand the market, studios, publishers, and their actual needs, then communicate naturally and professionally.

You will work closely with the founder/sales lead on:

  • identifying opportunities
  • researching publishers and developers
  • outbound communication
  • pipeline management
  • conference follow-ups
  • and helping turn conversations into long-term business relationships.

About the role

This is a hands-on sales and business development role focused primarily on outbound outreach and industry research.

Your daily work will include:

  • focusing on ICP-targeted pre-prepered outreach lists
  • researching game developers and publishers
  • identifying upcoming titles and porting opportunities
  • sending outbound emails and LinkedIn messages
  • maintaining CRM and lead databases
  • scheduling meetings
  • supporting follow-ups after events and calls
  • and coordinating closely with management regarding sales priorities.

You will gradually learn how console porting, co-development, and external game development partnerships operate from a business perspective.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound sales and lead generation
  • Research developers, publishers, and upcoming game releases
  • Identify companies that could benefit from porting/co-development support
  • Conduct outbound outreach
  • Analyze & personalize communication based on studio’s situation
  • Qualify leads and identify business opportunities
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline organization
  • Coordinate meeting scheduling

Industry research and business support

  • Track gaming industry trends and publisher activity
  • Support preparation of outreach campaigns and sales materials
  • Assist with conference preparation and post-event follow-ups
  • Help maintain internal databases and prospect lists
  • Work closely with management on sales priorities and outreach strategy

What we expect

  • Strong written and spoken English

  • Interest in the gaming industry
  • Ability to write natural, professional business communication in English
  • Self-driven and proactive mindset
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to research companies and understand their business context
  • Delivering on commitments and reliability in day-to-day work

Strongly preferred

  • Interest in PC, mobile and console gaming
  • Familiarity with publishers, developers, or the gamedev ecosystem
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, CRM systems, or lead generation
  • Previous experience in sales, recruitment, marketing, community management, or business development
  • Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist or CRM software(s)
  • AI first mindset
