Wojan Studio is looking for a talented Concept Artist to help define the visual direction of our upcoming animated feature film.

We're looking for a talented Concept Artist to shape characters, environments, and key visual shots, working closely with the Director and visual development team to define the artistic vision of a family-oriented 3D animated production.

Full-time, on-site in Warsaw.

Responsibilities

• Design environments, props, and key visual moments that bring the story to life.
• Work closely with the Director and Art Director to shape the film's visual identity.
• Create visual development artwork, including mood paintings, color scripts, and style exploration pieces.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience creating concept art for games, animation, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of environment design, visual development, and cinematic storytelling.
• A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design skills and a stylized artistic sensibility.
• Comfortable collaborating with directors and art teams, incorporating feedback, and working to production deadlines.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Bonus Points

• Credits on animated features, animated series, or hi-end game cinematic projects.
• A strong eye for color, light, and environmental storytelling.
• Traditional art training in drawing, painting, or illustration.
• Experience developing visuals for family audiences.
