Real budgets, several agencies in motion, a developer we trust, and a marketing plan with a lot of moving parts. Running something at this scale takes more than task-tracking - it takes someone who can hold the whole picture in their head, keep a dozen workstreams pointed in the same direction, and step in with a sharp opinion when a campaign idea actually needs one.

We need one person who owns this end-to-end on the marketing side: the one everyone, from our internal team to the developer and other partners, knows to go to for a straight answer. Not a coordinator shuttling messages between desks - someone who can genuinely run the thing.

A few words on who’s asking: we publish games, we work directly with developers rather than through layers of management, and we’d rather have one good conversation with you than read a polished cover letter. LINK if you want the longer story.

Here’s the honest part: this role is tied to one project, start to finish, rather than a permanent seat from day one. If it goes well, and the fit feels right once the project wraps, we’ll have a real conversation about what comes next - we just won’t pretend that’s guaranteed before we’ve even started.

We’re not putting a number of years on this one. You’ll know within the first real conversation whether you’ve actually run a project this size from kickoff to launch on your own - and so will we.

Your main storyline includes quests like:

  1. Being the single point of contact for marketing on a specific project - internally and for the developer/partner alike. When somebody asks “what’s happening with this one?”, you’re the person with the answer,

  2. Owning the entire marketing production pipeline end-to-end, from brief through to “go to market”, with nothing slipping through the cracks in between,

  3. Tracking deadlines, dependencies and budgets, and turning all of it into reports people actually want to read,

  4. Briefing, coordinating and managing the work of external agencies and freelancers attached to the project,

  5. Sitting in on creative conversations as a partner, not a notetaker - concept reviews, campaign ideas, positioning calls. We want your opinions, not just your timelines,

  6. Being the kind of partner a developer trusts with their game, and the kind of colleague our marketing team trusts with the project,

  7. Spotting problems before they turn into fires, and having a plan ready for the ones you couldn’t

Some of the optional side quests:

  1. Playing and giving feedback on the game you’re marketing (and others in development or evaluation),

  2. Taking part in industry events, online or offline,

  3. Bringing ideas to the table that go beyond the brief,

  4. Contributing to team decisions, brainstorms and social meetings

What we expect from our Marketing Project Manager / Marketing Producer:

  1. Real experience running video games marketing projects, productions, brand or account management end-to-end (video games or entertainment industry is a must have),

  2. A genuine grip on marketing strategy, especially digital - enough to hold your own in a creative conversation, not just track its outcomes,

  3. Comfortable being the face of marketing for a project with an external partners - confident, clear, no hiding behind email threads,

  4. Strong organizational and time-management instincts, because deadlines, budgets and a dozen moving parts are the job description, not an inconvenience,

  5. Being a passionate gamer,

  6. Strong command of English, written and spoken

This is full-time for as long as the project runs, and we’re open to remote or Poland-based. Beyond that, here’s what we can actually promise: a marketing team that listens, a developer who’ll take your calls, and an organization with zero patience for corporate theater.

We don’t post salary ranges or rigid requirements - we’d rather talk and land on a number that’s fair for what you bring. We reserve the right to answer only the applications that genuinely catch our eye.
