Associate Producer (part time)

Associate Producer
Ironbird Creations is a development studio based in Krakow currently working on a fast-paced, combat-oriented and fully funded action-adventure game, Phantom Hellcat.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day development activities and ensure tasks are progressing according to plan.
Work closely with development teams to track priorities, deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables.
Manage and coordinate external development and outsourcing partners, including task assignments, schedules, deliverables, and feedback.
Maintain and update production schedules, task boards, and project documentation.
Identify risks, blockers, and production issues, and work with internal and external teams to resolve them.
Support the Lead Producer and development team throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-production to release.

Our requirements:
Previous experience in game development, production, project coordination, or a related role.
Good understanding of game development processes and production pipelines.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including programmers, artists, designers, and QA.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience working as a Producer, Associate Producer, Project Coordinator, or similar role in the games industry.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management tools.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative game development.
Experience working on PC or console game projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and address production risks.

Remote work - we are open to full remote candidates (In CET time zone +/- 2h). We also have office space in Krakow if you prefer to work on-site
