Teyon is an experienced game development studio with numerous titles to its credit, including RoboCop: Rogue City, Terminator: Resistance, and RENNSPORT. We have over 150 employees, and apart from Krakow, we are also located in Łódź, Warsaw, and even Tokyo.
We’re looking for talented people to join our team and contribute their skills, expertise, and ideas to our upcoming project, a new action-survival game for PC and consoles, set in the universe of an iconic sci-fi film franchise.

Job Description

We are seeking a creative Narrative Designer who knows how to shape engaging storylines, create believable characters, and write compelling dialogue. Someone who understands how storytelling works in games and can turn narrative ideas into experiences that feel natural, memorable, and closely connected to gameplay.

Duties

• Creating quest scenarios, character descriptions, and dialogues.
• Working with the team to fulfill the narrative vision.
• Implementing texts using narrative tools.
• Creating and maintaining clear narrative documentation for internal and external teams.

Required skills

• Writing engaging dialogues, exciting stories, and believable characters faithful to the IP.
• Fluency in Polish.
• Strong English skills (all writing is in English).
• Open to feedback and able to make requested changes thoroughly.
• Undertaking self-motivated research.
• Writing well under tight deadlines, while maintaining quality.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the games industry and current gaming trends.
• Ability to use narrative and in-engine tools (articy:draft, Twine, Mountea, etc.).
