Behind every dataset we deliver are dozens of shoot days, performers, props, and schedules - and we need someone to help keep it all running smoothly.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an organized, proactive Production Assistant to support our production team in planning and running motion capture shoots. You'll be the person who makes sure performers show up on time, paperwork is signed, props are ready, and nothing falls through the cracks between the stage and post-production.

You don't need years of experience - we're looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how a high-end mocap production works from the inside. If you like keeping things in order and being at the center of the action, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the planning and scheduling of motion capture shoots
• Coordinate performers and actors - casting logistics, scheduling, and communication on shoot days
• Prepare and track production documentation, including performer agreements and consent forms
• Help prepare props, sets, and stage materials according to shot lists
• Keep production trackers and shoot logs up to date
• Support communication between the stage, post-production, and project management
• Assist with day-to-day studio logistics: supplies, catering, guest visits, and client sessions

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliability, independence, and a hands-on attitude
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner with performers and clients
• Good command of Google Workspace (especially Sheets) or similar tools
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to work smarter and faster
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under time pressure
• Availability to work on-site in our Warsaw studio
• Fluent Polish and English

Nice to Have

• Experience in film, TV, event, or game production
• Experience working with actors, castings, or talent agencies
• Interest in motion capture, 3D animation, or AI
