Level Designer

CI Games is looking for experienced person to join our team in Warsaw for the position of:

Level Designer

Requirements:
• At least one game projects shipped (from pre-production to final)
• At least 2 years experience with modern game engine
• Ability to create readable mission documentation and executing it in engine.
• Ability to design gameplay environment with maintaining composition aspects.
• Open-minded,attitude, effectively responds to feedback and understands iterative processes
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.
• Pro-active attitude.
• Team player.

Responsibilities:
• Participating in brainstorms and design sessions.
• Creating readable mission documentation.
• Mission implementation and quality maintenance in engine.
• Creating compelling gameplay scenarios and level layouts
• Scripting AI (flowgraph).

Nice to have:
• Education in level and game design theory.
• Love for shooters.
• Interest in the military (tactics, history, equipment, etc.).
