QA Manager

CI Games is a cross-platform global developer and publisher with offices in Warsaw, Poland and New York, U.S.A. We are best known for the Sniper Ghost Warrior-series as well as the sleeper hit game, Lords of the Fallen. We are currently working on several new exciting projects for the coming years.

QA Manager

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with producers in developing, documenting, and executing best quality standards, policies, and processes.
• Manage bug reports, various QA reports and analysis prepared for management needs.
• Track and report on the progress of the project through development stage with focus on product quality and identifying possible areas of risk.
• Supervise, lead and manage the QA Team to ensure both individual and team growth.
• Mentor, motivate and challenge your team to succeed.
• Maintain the relationship with the QA outsourcing companies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Test Lead or equivalent.
• Experience in functional testing minimum 5 years.
• Experience in creating test cases and test plans.
• Experience in compliance testing.
• Strong team building, management and leadership skills.
• Ability to efficiently multitask and think outside the box.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities.
• Fast learner and self-starter that can work effectively under pressure.
• Strong ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Extensive knowledge of the current trends in the video game industry.
• Fluent English.
