Gamesture is a Kraków-based mobile game developer, and the creator of Questland, a mobile game RPG. Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Financial Director - a person with the energy for discovering secrets of selling non-material goods and willingness to manage and run our internal planning and budgeting process. A professional who would like to be a part of a small gaming Company with a flat structure, lack of unnecessary bureaucracy and great experience in digital entertainment.

Your main responsibilities:

• preparation and completion of annual budget in timely, detailed manner
• review and analyze legal aspects of revenue recognition
• manage, analyze, evaluate, and interpret project’s financial forecasts and operating results
• get right under the skin of our business and sharing understanding of the drivers of value. Advice and counsel on financial implications of operating strategies, cost control actions, and decisions

Our expectations:

• 5+ years of diversified finance experience
• proficiency in data analysis, modeling and reporting tools
• the ability of analytical thinking and set priorities
• attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• previous experience with gaming industry and economics of the free-to-play market would be an asset
