THE PARASIGHT is a game studio focused on creating an unusual combination of captivating gameplay and surreal experience. We're chasing stories to tell when we're old.

In the past, we contributed to the success of games like Layers of Fear, Observer, Layers of Fear 2 and Blair Witch.

We are currently looking for a Game Designer who will work with us to create convincing and fascinating gameplay for our unannounced narrative FPP action-adventure game [PC/Consoles].

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing a wide variety of unique gameplay
• Develop and expand the narrative to find the right balance between rewarding story and engaging gameplay
• Prototyping, iterating, testing and solving problems
• Developing [practical] game design documents

ESSENTIAL

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of at least one game engine
• Strong technical and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

DESIRABLE

• Familiarity with Unreal Engine 4
• A strong sense of timing and taste, as well as cinematic flair
