We are Krakow based, mobile games developers, currently employing around 60 talents. Located in a modern office in the heart of Krakow.

We are looking for a customer support representative, who will be responsible for our players and solving the issues they may encounter. Since customer satisfaction is the key we are looking for a devoted player advocate who will take this very important role of being the most front-facing part of the company.

Duties:

• Replying to our players email inquiries
• Moderating community on Discord
• Taking care of our social media
• Replying to Google Play/Appstore ratings & comments

Required skills:

• English language - B1, preferable B2 and higher
• Customer support basics & customer centricity
• Knowledge of various social media platforms
• Composure and resistance to stressful situations
• Basic MS Excel skills
• Preferably prior experience with community moderation (groups, discord, forums)
• Proactive approach
• Problem solving skills
• Copywriting skills

Nice to have:

• Additional foreign language skills
• Basic analytical skills
• Basic graphic design skills
• Being a gamer yourself
