Gamesture is a Kraków-based mobile game developer and the creator of Questland and Slash & Roll. We currently employ around 70 people.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and passionate Game Level Designer to join our team. We offer you a chance to join a team of professionals, where we believe that talent feeds talent. We all work together to achieve the best results.

Duties:

• creating new levels, maps and quests for upcoming f2p, RPG game
• working directly with creative lead to deliver consistent and believable setting
• working closely with writers to create immersive experience for players
• designing levels/maps to tell the story and enhance the gameplay and game narrative
• playing builds of games in-progress and verifying consistency of the world
• fuel players’ imagination to limits

Required skills:

• previous experience with world/quest/level design
• creativity and great sense for what makes a level engaging
• huge imagination and knowledge of pop-culture (especially fantasy)
• extensive knowledge of RPG games, locations, quests
• high self motivation and discipline
• high sense of aestethic to create believable locations
• experience with Unity engine
• insight into game design fundamentals

Nice to have:

• experience with hex-based maps
• gaming background
• basic knowledge of GIT
• understanding of f2p mechanics
