Gamesture is a Kraków-based mobile game developer and the creator of Questland, Slash&Roll, The Gang.

We are looking for motivated and passionate Junior Game Designer to join Slash&Roll team. We offer you a chance to join a team of professionals, where we believe that talent feeds talent. Responsibilities:

• Help to design and improve existing gameplay features for the F2P mobile game.
• Work closely with the product lead, designers, artists and analysts on the team, to help identify key areas for balancing, growth and improvement within the game economy.
• Share results with the team and company through reports, documents, dashboards, and presentations.

Required skills:

• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role in the games industry; experience with RPG games, casino games, or mobile games strongly preferred.
• Interest in gameplay and game design in order to build needs and emotions in the context of a game.
• Knowledge of the F2P market is a must. You need to play games and be on spot with new titles.
• Proven proficiency with Google Spreadsheets and/or MS Excel.
• Fluent in English or Polish.
