Senior Quest Designer

We are Fool’s Theory, a company from Bielsko-Biała in Poland, creators of the game Seven: The Days Long Gone and freshly released The Thaumaturge. Now that The Witcher Remake is in development, we are actively seeking skilled individuals to join our team for this project, developed in cooperation with CD PROJEKT RED studio. At this point, the game is in its initial phases, and we have seasoned developers who have contributed to past Witcher titles on board. Sounds interesting? Get in touch with us!

Responsibilities

• Creating quests - from concept through design and implementation in Unreal Engine 5.
• Preparing and maintaining design documentation.
• Planning and integrating assets required for the creation of the quests.
• Closely collaborating with other departments to deliver the highest possible quality.

Requirements

• Experience working in the video game industry on at least one published title.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of interactive storytelling.
• Critical thinking and analytical mind.
• Proficiency with visual scripting tools.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Unreal Engine and Blueprint scripting skills.
• Experience with pen&paper role playing systems.
