Who We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with a passion for Motion Capture technology who wants to develop their skills and gain experience working with AI and large datasets.
To create the best animations, we need precisely described motion capture datasets. You will lead a team responsible for detailed analysis and description of recorded 3D movements – from precise marking of each motion sequence, through capturing subtle gestural nuances, to accurate description of timings and transitions between animations.
Location: Warsaw

Your Responsibilities

● Planning, evaluating, and managing the 3D animation database description process
● Creating multi-dimensional descriptions of movement and key poses
● Marking precise time points
● Reviewing and approving complex motion sequences
● Creating movement taxonomies (logical classification into subcategories)
● Participating in the development of labeling tools and data pipeline optimization

Requirements

● Excellent English with strong descriptive writing skills and ability to articulate nuanced movement details
● Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position related to data labeling or similar
● Proficient computer skills and Google Docs (especially Excel/Spreadsheets)
● Excellent work organization, diligence, and availability
● Excellent communication skills and high personal culture
● Ability to work efficiently under time pressure
● Skills in building relationships within a team and with clients

Bonus points

● Experience in animation production and working with production management systems
● Experience in remote team management
● Experience on film sets
● Knowledge of AI-related topics
