📝 Work Description

We are seeking a creative and technically proficient VR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing VR experiences in Unreal Engine, ensuring they meet the functional and aesthetic requirements of our commercial clients.

🥸 Responsibilities

• Design and develop immersive VR applications using Unreal Engine for commercial use cases
• Collaborate with the team to translate business requirements into interactive experiences.
• Implement user interactions, physics, and hand tracking (especially for devices like Meta Quest 3).
• Integrate assets including 3D models, animations, audio, and UI elements.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time VR environments.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience developing VR applications in Unreal Engine (Blueprint and/or C++).
• Strong understanding of VR design principles and user interaction patterns.
• Experience with performance profiling and optimization for standalone VR headsets.
• Familiarity with hand tracking, especially for platforms like Meta Quest 3.
• Proficiency with version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Solid 3D math skills (e.g., vectors, matrices, transforms).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Portfolio or demo reel showcasing relevant VR projects.

💪 Preferred Qualifications & Traits

• Interest in simulation-based gameplay and high-detail experiences.
• Experience with complex game systems, particularly those focused on real-world accuracy.
• An interest in/experience with any aspect of aviation is a major plus.
