Lead Programmer

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and leading training for programmers (junior and senior).
• Implementing programming pipelines and unifying them across projects (where needed).
• Maintaining code quality and standards across teams through code reviews and feedback loops.
• Coordinating with Technical Director, and Technical Art Director on Tech Stack and technical decision making regarding company direction.
• Assisting producers with Task time estimation, implementation options, task difficulty, and risks relating to technical debt.
• Managing people both on-site and remotely.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a team management/leadership position.
• Great communication skills.
• Working on Site in Office [Krakow]
