Rebel Wolves is a new studio, but our team has years of experience working on some of the most critically acclaimed video games of all time. We co-created titles such as “The Witcher 3”, “Cyberpunk 2077”, and many others. We decided to create our studio and run it on our own terms. Chief among them: the team comes first, always. We’re currently working on an AAA, dark fantasy RPG – the first title of a planned saga set in our own, brand-new universe.

As a Cinematic Dialogue Animator, you are crucial in bringing our stories to life. You use mocap technology to animate human characters and keyframe animation techniques to bring the most engaging dialogues possible. Your animation expertise helps ensure that our storytelling is rich and gripping with natural and believable poses and engaging animations

What We're Looking For:

• 2 years of experience in similar position.
• A meticulous eye for the nuances of animation.
• Practical experience with motion capture techniques.
• Experience in preparing cinematic animations.
• Understanding in preparing gameplay animations.
• Consistent dedication to creating visually engaging poses and animations.
• Proficiency in MotionBuilder and Maya.
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine 5.
• Eye for glitches, intersections and any problems with setups, animations and blends.
• A proactive approach to challenges and problem-solving.
• A growth mindset, open to feedback and driven by excellence.
• Exceptional collaboration skills paired with transparent communication abilities.
• Structured workflow with focus on keeping organised files with right naming conventions.
• Organisation skills and ability to work with outsource company.

Desirable Skills:

• Exposure or coursework from esteemed animation schools like Animation Mentor, iAnimate, or similar – completion isn't a prerequisite.
• Exposure to new tools and techniques.
• Experience with facial animation, bringing out naturally looking emotions and gestures.
• Understanding the principle of animation blueprints, additive animations, and control rigs.
• The desire for independence in solving problems and proposing solutions.
