At SUPER PICKLE GAMES we need someone who can tell that story, grow our following, and keep the community buzzing. We’re a small but mighty team working on a mid-core / hybrid-casual mobile game, and we’re looking for a Social Media & Community Manager who can bring the same mix of creativity and chaos to our online presence. If you love games, love players, and love keeping the conversation going - this one’s for you.

In this role:

You’ll own our social channels end-to-end - planning, creating, and posting content, engage in gaming-sphere discussions and listening to and talking with our players. You’ll keep our Discord buzzing, collaborate with the dev and art teams to share behind-the-scenes updates, celebrate milestones, and spotlight player creations. And you’ll track engagement metrics so we can keep improving and growing together.

• and professionalism

or, more technically:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts (Twitter/X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) for games or entertainment,
• Hands-on experience growing online communities (Discord, Reddit) and driving player engagement.
• Strong content creation skills - show your tools and pipeline.
• Portfolio with proven experience is a must (more important than CV tbh)
• Nice to have some proficiency in using AI (but not JUST AI - this is not prompt writer job offer)

Our offer:

• Salary: 8000+ PLN
• Preferably B2B contract - other options can be considered individually.
