QA Tester

dla EduTailor w Trójmiasto

Praca stała Programowanie

Hey there, QA Engineer! 👋

We are building EduTailor.ai – a game-changing platform that revolutionizes training creation. Our goal is to allow anyone to build immersive training scenarios without a single line of code.

Tech flex:
We're pushing the boundaries of Unity by creating a platform that incorporates XR and AI. Our goal is to ensure seamless integration of these features across native apps (PC, Browsers, Android, iOS, and VR headsets).

🎮 Who are we looking for?

A QA wizard who:

  • Knows how to break things creatively (and isn't afraid to look at the logs to see why).
  • Proficient in testing Unity projects across various platforms, including PC, Android, iOS, VR, and the web.
  • Says “Edge cases? Network drops? Memory leaks? Been there, done that, got the t-shirt.”
  • Is tired of chaotic, last-minute manual testing and wants to build a bulletproof QA process from scratch.

💻 What you'll be doing:

  • Core Systems Testing – Design and implement scalable testing strategies for our Editor and Player runtime (Unity 6+, proven and stable solutions).
  • Networking & Multiplayer Magic – Break our robust netcode. We're talking finding sync issues, exploiting client-server architecture, and forcing rubber-banding to see how the system reacts.
  • Performance Profiling – Make sure Unity purrs in browsers and mobile. You'll track memory heaps, monitor frame drops, and report performance bottlenecks before the users notice them.
  • Custom QA Tools – Work with developers to specify debug menus, automated test scripts, and runtime manipulation tools that make your life easier.
  • Bleeding-Edge Features – Test AI-driven frameworks, next-gen rendering, and Virtual Reality interactions.

🔥 Must-haves (non-negotiables):

  • 3+ years shipping software/games – you've been through production hell, Friday hotfixes, and back.
  • Cross-platform mastery – WebGL battle scars and mobile device mastery. You know how to pull logs via ADB, won against browser quirks, and know how to test varying screen resolutions.
  • Flawless reporting – Your bug tickets are a work of art. Perfect reproduction steps, console logs, and video attachments that leave developers with zero questions.
  • Networking testing basics – You know how to simulate high latency, packet loss, and test client-server stability under pressure.
  • Can read profiler and log data on-device – and actually give developers actionable feedback instead of just saying "it crashed."

Nice-to-haves (instant karma points):

  • XR experience – WebXR, OpenXR, VR headsets. You know how to test for motion sickness, boundary issues, and tracking loss.
  • Test Automation – Play Mode / Edit Mode tests in Unity, Selenium, Appium, or writing custom automation scripts to save us from manual regression.
  • Unity Editor proficiency – You can open a scene, inspect GameObjects, mess with the Inspector, and read a stack trace without breaking a sweat.
  • Backend/API testing – Postman, Swagger, or knowing how the Unity client talks to the backend.
  • Agile/Scrum mastery – You know how to manage Jira like a pro.

🎁 What we offer:

  • 💰 Competitive salary that matches your skills – let's just say we know what good QA engineers are worth.
  • 🚀 Real Impact – you're not a cog in the machine. You'll shape the quality architecture of a new product from the MVP phase.
  • 🏢 Modern Office in Trójmiasto – with an awesome team that's worth meeting IRL.
  • 🤝 Hybrid Model (3 Days Office, 2 Days Remote) and Flexible Hours – because we believe the best ideas happen when we're whiteboarding together, reproducing bugs, and having those spontaneous “what if…” conversations over coffee. Remote days for deep focus work!
  • 🛠 Latest Tech Stack – Unity 6, AI tools, VR. We hate legacy code, love fresh toys.
  • 🎯 Meaningful Mission – we're actually changing education, not making another Candy Crush clone.

🎯 Our dream candidate:

  • Has strong opinions about what constitutes a critical bug versus a minor one (and can defend them against developers).
  • Knows the pain of the "works on my machine" excuse and exactly how to prove otherwise.
  • Can spot an unassigned reference exception or a missing prefab from a mile away.
  • Actually reads patch notes and gets excited about new testing frameworks.

Plus, our team actually gets QA humor. We've got people who share horror stories of production crashes, debate the merits of automated vs manual testing, and share the latest "QA walking into a bar" memes. Trust us, you'll want to be here for the coffee-fueled discussions about how to completely break the physics engine 😉

📝 How to apply?

Send us:

  • Your CV (markdown is fine, we appreciate the effort)
  • GitHub/Portfolio link or a summary of projects you've tested
  • Optional: the worst bug you've ever found (and how you broke the news to the dev team) – we love horror stories

Email: join@edutailor.ai

Please add the following clauses to your CV:
"I agree to the processing of my personal data by EduTailor Sp. z o.o. to recruit for the position I am applying for."
"I also agree to the processing of my personal data for the purpose of conducting future recruitment by the above-mentioned company."
