Superkami is a fully remote studio led by industry veterans. In 2021, we set out to create "Sengoku Dynasty," a cross-genre survival-builder set in Feudal Japan. In August 2023 we released the game into Early Access, in November 2024 we reached the 1.0 launch, and in August 2025 the game was released on consoles.

We're currently looking for a Junior Producer to join a small, agile team, working on a new historical survival-builder game awaited by a large community of devoted fans. Be there from the start – and help us shape a new classic!

Role

Your mission will be to support the development team, so they can be better both individually and collectively at reaching the goals they have before them.

That will usually mean working closely with Lead Producer on:

Documenting, planning and prioritizing work
Facilitating communication and resolving conflicts
Refining development pipelines and team processes based on empirical evidence
Interfacing with the publisher and other stakeholders
Performing other necessary team-support work
