Your role
You’ll play a key role in supporting our global sales efforts — from identifying potential partners to keeping our CRM pipeline organized and efficient.
You’ll work closely with the business and production teams, helping us connect BONES’ motion data and animation expertise with studios and companies shaping the future of gaming and AI.
This is a great opportunity to learn fast, take ownership, and grow within a dynamic, high-tech environment.

Your responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process - posting jobs, coordinating interviews, staying in touch with candidates, helping move things forward
• Assist in handling HR / employment documentation
• Onboard new team members
• Take care of the office — keep it welcoming, well-stocked with drinks, snacks, and supplies
• Support employee motivation and engagement initiatives - team events, small gestures, seasonal touches
• Work closely with leadership to build and nurture BONES' culture
• Maintain and improve internal people and office processes
• Be the go-to person for team members on people- and office-related questions

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Independence, proactivity, and a hands-on attitude
• Good taste and a sense for making spaces feel welcoming
• Fluent Polish; communicative English
• Basic knowledge of Polish labor law (or willingness to learn quickly)

Nice to have

• Experience in HR, recruitment, people ops, or office management
• Experience in tech, gaming, or creative industries
• Interest in building company culture and employee experience
• Experience with employer branding initiatives
