We're currently seeking a passionate Marketing Manager.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will take ownership of our marketing strategy and execution across current and upcoming titles. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution - from campaign planning to community management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for upcoming games and back catalog.
- Manage and grow brand presence across digital channels (social media, platforms, storefronts).
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including trailers, announcements, and events.
- Collaborate closely with development, production, and external partners.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data and insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and community leaders.
- Ensure consistent communication aligned with Tate’s brand and tone.
- Proactively contacting developers working on games that are interested to us.
- Evaluation and analysis of the marketing potential of new projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in gaming marketing.
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of gaming communities and industry trends.
- Experience with social media management, content planning, and campaign analytics.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (written and spoken).
- Experience working with influencers and PR agencies.
