Requirements:

✔️ A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in game production or project management, ideally in premium PC/console game development.
✔️ At least two shipped titles where you were responsible for end-to-end production - from planning through milestones to release.
✔️ Experience working directly with an external publisher or client: milestone reviews, feedback processing, risk assessments, and day-to-day correspondence.
✔️ The ability to blend Agile/Scrum execution with fixed milestone commitments - our projects are publisher-driven, not pure Agile environments.
✔️ Strong practical knowledge of Jira: configuring boards, epics, sprints, automations, and maintaining project structure at scale.
✔️ Hands-on familiarity with Unreal Engine production pipelines.
✔️ Strong analytical skills: building and maintaining delivery dashboards (burndown, velocity, milestone progress) using tools like Jira and EazyBI, and translating data into actionable decisions.
✔️ Experience coordinating cross-discipline teams (Art, Design, Code, QA) - understanding dependencies, friction points, and how to keep information flowing between departments.
✔️ Proactive approach to risk management - you identify problems before they escalate, maintain risk logs that reflect reality, and plan mitigation before things break.
✔️ Excellent organisational and communication skills - you keep meetings focused, follow-ups tracked, decisions documented, and ensure they reach all affected teams.
✔️ Proficiency in English at a B2/C1+ level, both written and spoken, sufficient for daily communication with international partners.
✔️ A genuine interest in simulation games and vehicle-themed experiences.

Responsibilities:

✔️ Owning or supporting production delivery on your assigned stream: milestone planning, scope management, risk tracking, and timeline coordination. On some streams you will lead independently; on others you will partner with an experienced Stream Owner and share the delivery load.
✔️ Creating, maintaining, and updating milestone plans — including scope grooming, risk analysis, trade-off decisions, and timeline impact assessment.
✔️ Managing the project’s Jira structure: epics, sprints, DOD definitions, automations, and ensuring teams update status consistently.
✔️ Communicating directly with publishers and co-development partners: attending production meetings, processing milestone feedback, preparing Risk Assessment documents, and handling day-to-day correspondence - either as the primary contact or alongside the Stream Owner.
✔️ Building and maintaining analytics and reporting: sprint burndowns, milestone delivery charts, quality dashboards, team velocity tracking.
✔️ Presenting delivery data to studio leadership: project health, risks, staffing needs, and milestone status.
✔️ Coordinating cross-team work: running or supporting stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and ad-hoc interdisciplinary meetings.
✔️ Ensuring decisions propagate: making sure scope changes, design pivots, and milestone renegotiations reach all affected teams with context - not just the people in the room when the decision was made.
✔️ Tracking and closing follow-ups: making sure decisions turn into tickets, tickets turn into work, and work turns into shipped features.
✔️ Supporting staffing and capacity planning in collaboration with discipline leads and studio leadership.
✔️ Contributing to process improvements: identifying bottlenecks, proposing workflow changes, and helping mature production practices across the studio.

Nice to have:

✔️ Experience with simulation, driving, or vehicle-themed games.
✔️ Experience with co-development projects - working as part of a multi-studio production where you coordinate delivery across two or more teams.
✔️ Experience working with European game publishers on premium PC/console titles.
✔️ Knowledge of console certification processes (PlayStation, Xbox) and post-launch patch management.
✔️ Experience with post-launch operations: DLC planning, free updates, hotfix cycles, community feedback integration.
✔️ Background in building production processes from scratch on a new project, not just maintaining existing ones.
✔️ Familiarity with EazyBI, Confluence, or similar reporting and documentation tools.
✔️ Familiarity with OKR methodology and quarterly planning cycles.
✔️ Experience enforcing production discipline — content lock, feature freeze, submission readiness — in environments where these practices were previously inconsistent.
