We are a UE5-focused game development studio creating an immersive automotive game.
Our projects are deeply connected with automotive culture, historic vehicles, and emotionally driven player experiences. We believe cars carry stories — not only through dialogue, but through their history, design, sound, environment, mechanics, and the people connected to them.
We are looking for creative individuals who can help transform automotive history into engaging interactive experiences inside Unreal Engine 5.
Role Overview
As a Technical Narrative Designer, you will help shape how players discover and experience the stories behind legendary cars, brands, locations, and automotive culture.
This is not a traditional writing-only role. We are looking for someone who understands how to tell stories through gameplay, atmosphere, environments, interactions, pacing, cinematics, sound, and player exploration.
You will work directly inside Unreal Engine 5, collaborating with designers, artists, programmers, and technical teams to create immersive narrative experiences around automotive history and culture.
Responsibilities
Design and implement narrative experiences in Unreal Engine 5
Create storytelling moments connected to cars, drivers, racing history, locations, and automotive culture
Build environmental storytelling, interactive sequences, in-world events, and immersive player moments
Work with Blueprints, Sequencer, gameplay scripting, triggers, and cinematic tools
Help define emotional beats, pacing, atmosphere, and immersion
Collaborate with art, gameplay, audio, and technical teams
Research and creatively present automotive history in modern interactive formats
Prototype narrative systems and player experiences
Create documentation, flowcharts, and narrative implementation plans
Requirements
Experience with Unreal Engine 5
Strong understanding of interactive storytelling and narrative design
Creative mindset and passion for building memorable player experiences
Experience working with Blueprints or gameplay scripting
Understanding of environmental storytelling and cinematic pacing
Ability to work across multiple disciplines
Good English communication skills

Optional UE5 implementation examples
Experience in games, immersive experiences, cinematics, museums, simulations, exhibitions, or automotive-related storytelling is a strong plus.
Nice to Have
Passion for automotive culture, classic cars, racing history, or vehicle design
Experience with Sequencer and cinematics
Understanding of level design
Experience with open-world or immersive experiences
Knowledge of sound design or emotional storytelling techniques
Experience with multiplayer or interactive systems
