Senior/Expert QA Specialist

Anshar Studios is seeking a talented Senior/Expert QA Specialist to join our team (either remotely or on-site) and contribute to our upcoming projects.

Founded in 2012, Anshar Studios focuses on 1st and 3rd party game development for all major gaming platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Test Planning: Independently create test strategies for assigned modules, identify risk areas, and plan regression testing scopes.
• Environment & Scenario Management: Independently configure and maintain multi-platform test environments and create advanced, multi-layered test scenarios.
• Advanced Test Execution: Conduct functional, non-functional, exploratory, and certification tests. Verify build readiness (smoke tests) and report complex system defects.
• Process Optimization: Initiate QA process improvements, develop testing standards, and collaborate closely with the development team at early stages of feature creation.
• Mentorship & Reporting: Prepare detailed quality status reports, communicate risks effectively to production teams and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of QA experience in AA/AAA games.
• Advanced knowledge of testing methodologies and multi-platform testing experience (PC, consoles).
• Console certification process knowledge.
• Strong proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Practical knowledge of test automation principles.
• Highly developed analytical, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
• Self-reliant with strong organizational skills and a team-player mindset.
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English (B2+/C1 level).
• Intermediate Polish (B1/B2 level).

Salary:

• Contract of Employment: 7 500 - 14 000 PLN gross (or equivalent on a B2B basis) - depending on skills and experience.
