Senior Producer / Head of Production

PARASIGHT [https://parasight.studio] - is an independent game development studio and the creator of BLACKTAIL, the critically acclaimed action-adventure game inspired by the legend of Baba Yaga.

Our latest title DAVY x JONES, launched in Early Access in 2025, marking the next chapter in the studio's journey.

As we look ahead to the future of DAVY x JONES and new game projects, we're looking for talented people who want to help create ambitious games, memorable worlds, and unique player experiences.

We're looking for someone who combines strong organizational skills, leadership, and a proactive approach to solving problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive day-to-day game development and production
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and priorities
• Monitor project progress, risks and milestones
• Support and motivate team members
• Improve production processes and communication
• Collaborate with studio leadership and external partners

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in a Producer, Project Manager or similar role
• Experience in game development
• Strong understanding of the game production process
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to identify and solve problems proactively
• Fluent Polish and English
• Passion for games

Nice to Have

• Experience shipping commercial games
• Experience with Unreal Engine projects
• Experience working with remote teams
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
