Marketing Specialist

Position Type - Contract
Salary - €2,500-5,500 / month (176 work-hours)
Hourly Rate - €17-37

Requirements

Must-Haves

• 2+ commercially released indie/AA games (not AAA) - Required minimum: 10,000 sales
• Experience setting up ad campaigns - Facebook / Instagram / Reddit / etc.
• Understanding of modern marketing techniques
• Understanding of Steam marketing
• Good understanding of TikTok / YouTube / Twitch / etc.
• Experience running influencer campaigns
• Basic image editing skills
• Understanding of statistics - I will check it
• Evidence-based approach to marketing
• Good communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• English - Proficient (C1+)

Nice-to-Haves

• Past Media Experience - Any
• YouTube / TikTok Experience - Any
• Additional Languages - Level: Proficient (C1+)

Typical Day

• Marketing tasks: 80%
• Monitoring new releases and trends: 10%
• Meetings: 10%

About the Project

Our studio is working on three smaller yet unannounced projects (rhythm, horror, and tactics), planned for release in late 2026 / early 2027, as well as a major patch for our previous game.

About the Position

We are not interested in agencies, interns, or fresh graduates at the moment.

We are searching for someone to help us market our games (I know, shocking!). We have good artists, and the projects are in popular genres-perfect ingredients for you to exercise your marketing muscles.

What we want is someone who:

• Can commit to being available for a minimum of 2 hours every workday
• Is highly data-oriented
• Has the communication skills necessary to attract and negotiate with influencers

Due to the dynamic nature of online marketing opportunities and our art pipeline, we need you to be reachable every workday.

We are a small indie studio, so while high-level brand strategies are important, we put a lot of emphasis on execution, details, and implementation.
