About the Role
We make Beast Bumpers - a physics-based PvP brawler on iOS and Android. It's chaotic, it's fun, and now we need ads that hit as hard as the game does. We're looking for a Content Creator / General Artist at Mid to Senior level who lives and breathes short-form video and knows what makes a mobile ad stop the scroll. You'll own UA creatives end to end - concept, gameplay capture, edit, ship - and pitch in on store and marketing art when we need it.

You'll work directly with our UA and analytics people: test concepts, read the numbers, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does. Creative freedom, fast loops, real data, real budget behind your work.
🛠️ In this role, you will:
- Concept, storyboard, and produce video ad creatives for our UA campaigns - from idea to ready-to-ship.
- Capture and edit gameplay footage, combining it with UI, motion graphics, and effects.
- Work with the UA and analytics teams to test creatives, read performance, and iterate fast on what wins.
- Run creative experiments at volume - try formats, hooks, and angles, then let the data pick the winners.
- Chase trends and viral formats across TikTok, Meta, Google, AppLovin, and other networks - and turn them into ads that fit our game.
- Use AI tools to move faster and produce more - but the bar is quality, not slop. AI speeds up the work; it doesn't replace your taste (in your portfolio you must present your HANDCRAFTED art pieces).
- Produce content for paid channels alongside organic social.
- Pitch in on general art when needed: store assets, marketing stills, icons.
- Keep the creative library organized so nothing gets lost.
What good looks like: a steady flow of fresh ad concepts, a sharp eye for hook-rate and what makes people watch past the first 2 seconds, and the instinct to scrap a losing creative without getting precious about it.
📌 We're looking for someone who has:
- 3+ years creating video content, ideally for mobile games or apps.
- Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).
- A good eye for gameplay capture - timing, UI placement, effects.
- Working understanding of performance marketing (CPI, CTR, IPM, ROAS) and how creative moves those numbers.
- Sharp instincts for trends, social culture, and ad formats on TikTok, Instagram, and Meta.
- Comfort with AI tools as part of the workflow - and the taste to know when the output isn't good enough.
- Some general art/design ability for store and marketing assets.
- Fluent English.
- Organized and proactive - can juggle multiple concepts at once without dropping threads.
- Genuine interest in games.
⭐ Nice to have:
- 3D skills (Blender, Maya, or similar) and animation - basic or advanced.
- Hands-on experience A/B testing ad concepts and reading the results.
- Familiarity with UA networks (AppLovin, Meta, Google) beyond just the creative side.
- Motion graphics / VFX chops.
