Generative AI Artist

Wojan Studio is building a new animation division focused on creating family entertainment for global audiences.

We are looking for a Generative AI Artist to join our Creative AI department and help shape the visual development of our upcoming 3D animated feature film. You will work closely with directors, leads, and artists to craft a distinctive visual world, combining the latest generative technologies with traditional post-production workflows.

This role is based in Warsaw, Poland, and requires regular on-site collaboration with the creative team.

Responsibilities:

• Drive visual narratives and storytelling through video editing and sequence assembly.
• Create video and image assets using generative tools.
• Blend generative AI outputs with traditional post-production techniques.
• Solve creative and technical challenges by integrating new tools and adapting to evolving AI workflows.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in the creative industry.
• Strong foundation in video editing and a good understanding of visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with, and an active interest in, Generative AI tools.
• High adaptability, self-reliance, and a proactive approach to creative problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and strong task ownership.
• Working proficiency in English.

Nice to Have:

• A background in drawing, traditional art, or storyboarding.
• Post-production skills, particularly in Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve.
• Familiarity with node-based AI tools and workflows (e.g., ComfyUI).
• Basic coding skills or experience with "vibe coding."
• Understanding of cinematography, photography, camera work, and lighting principles.
