Anshar Studios is seeking a talented Technical Artist to join our team and contribute to our upcoming projects.
Founded in 2012, Anshar Studios focuses on 1st and 3rd party game development for all major gaming platforms.
Working with Anshar gives you the opportunity to develop your skills, participate in challenging projects, and team up with a bunch of skilled people with a passion for video games.

Responsibilities:

• Working in a team with other tech artists.
• Solving technical issues.
• Game profiling (GPU, CPU, memory) for PC and consoles.
• Game optimization including levels, lighting, assets, materials, textures for PC and consoles.
• Creating materials and tools for the team.
• Continuous growth and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and understanding of graphic rendering.
• Knowledge of blueprints in Unreal Engine.
• Ability to work in multiple software packages and game engines (e.g. Blender, Unreal Engine 4/5, Substance Designer).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and tools for creating game visuals.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2 level).
• Intermediate Polish (B1/B2 level).

Pluses:

• Experience in VFX.
• Strong artistic skills in some field (modeling, texturing, lightning etc.).
• Creating scripts in Python.
• HLSL knowledge.
• Passion for video games.
• Fluent English (C1 level).

Offered salary:
8 350 - 17 550 PLN gross - depending on skills and experience.
