We're seeking an experienced, generalist IT Engineer - someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys tackling a wide range of IT challenges.
You'll be the go-to person for IT systems, infrastructure, event support, and user requests. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with significant independence and real influence over the direction of our IT department.

Responsibilities:
- IT support - daily technical support for developers and all staff; diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
- Workstations & hardware - preparing, configuring, and optimizing machines for different development roles, plus ongoing maintenance, asset tracking, and software license records.
- Identity & access - managing user accounts, permissions, and security policies across company systems, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Security & continuity - maintaining backups, disaster recovery procedures, patching and update cycles, and running basic vulnerability checks.
- Network - administering, monitoring, and troubleshooting wired and wireless infrastructure.
- Event support - setting up and running equipment for company events (streaming, recording, cameras, microphones, sound).
You'll also have input into how the IT department develops - our tooling, policies, and technical direction - working closely with the rest of the team.
Requirements:
- Generalist mindset - comfortable across IT support, infrastructure, and operations rather than specialized in one narrow area.
- Strong communication - explains technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues; responsive and proactive.
- Self-organization and ownership - manages own priorities and takes tasks through to completion.
Quick learner - picks up new tools and adapts to shifting requirements.
Technical expertise:
- Solid hands-on experience in IT support, hardware setup, and Windows troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with device management and patch management for workstations.
- Experience administering and monitoring wired and wireless network infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of IT security practices and how policies are applied in day-to-day operations.
- Practical experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) - users, groups, licenses, MFA, conditional access.
- Solid working knowledge in administration, synchronization, and integration of identities in hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
- Experience in configuring and securing hybrid and internet-facing services with modern authentication and security best practices.
- Experience with a ticketing system and some form of IT asset inventory (ideally Jira Service Management).
- Scripting for automation (PowerShell, Python, or similar) - enough to remove repetitive work.
- Experience with backup tools and processes.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with game development environments, workflows, and tools.
- Experience with console devkits and platform holder requirements, or willingness to learn (NDA-bound environment).
- Linux administration.
- Security and compliance auditing of internal or third-party infrastructure.
Languages:
- Polish - advanced (C1 minimum).
- English - intermediate (B2 minimum).
Location:
- Onsite in Katowice with a hybrid option after onboarding (minimum 3 days onsite, up to 2 remote).
Salary:
- Salary starting from 7500 PLN gross (Contract of Employment).
We offer:
- Flexible work hours - core hours 10:00–15:00.
- Office-first hybrid work model: three days in the office, with up to two days of remote work available per week.
- Private healthcare and life insurance.
- Co-financed Multisport card.
- English lessons.
- Relocation assistance (optional).
- No crunch, no non-compete policy.
- Pet-friendly office.
- Co-financed participation in conferences and workshops.
