Audio Lead

Daily Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the Audio Team, helping shape the sound identity of our projects from early concepts to final release.
- Partner closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Narrative, Art, Cinematics and Engineering teams to create unforgettable player experiences driven by sound.
- Define and implement the project's audio vision, ensuring consistency and quality across all areas of the game.
- Mentor sound designers by providing feedback, sharing knowledge, and supporting their professional growth.
- Plan, prioritize, and coordinate audio development to ensure timely delivery of project goals.
- Design, prototype, and oversee implementation of immersive audio systems using Wwise, Unreal Engine, and internal tools.
- Contribute hands-on to sound creation, implementation, and mixing.
- Champion new ideas, workflows, and technologies that elevate both the creative output and efficiency of the audio team.
- Collaborate with external partners, freelancers, and vendors when required to deliver world-class audio quality.

Job requirements
Feel free to apply if you have:
- 7+ years of experience in game audio industry with participation in the full development cycle for at least two shipped AA+ titles with significant contribution to the project.
- At least 2 years of leading, mentoring or managing audio professionals within a game development environment.
- Strong portfolio or credited work demonstrating exceptional sound design skills and a refined artistic sensibility.
- Deep understanding of interactive audio systems, implementation workflows, and audio production pipelines.
- Practical experience with Wwise and Unreal Engine.
- Knowledge of surround sound, audio formats and advanced mixing techniques.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and translate creative goals into audio solutions.
- Excellent communication, organizational and management skills.
- Ability to balance creative quality with production realities, timelines, and resource constraints.
- Passion for storytelling through sound and creating emotionally engaging player experiences.
It would be also nice to have:
- Experience developing audio for horror, psychological horror or narrative-driven games.
- Experience planning and executing recording sessions (field, foley, VO).
- Experience collaborating on motion capture sessions.
- Experience contributing to audio strategy, recruitment, and long-term team development.
- Musical education.
- Degree in audio related field.
