What will you be doing on a day-to-day basis?

• Planning, prototyping, developing and maintaining gameplay features
• Evaluating new technologies and identifying opportunities to apply them to gameplay code
• Participating in the gameplay feature design process
• Debugging and optimizing gameplay code
• Analyzing technical risk and requirements for gameplay solutions
• Enforcing good programming practices within the programming team
• Sharing knowledge and experience within the programming team

What will help you succeed in this role?

• At least 5 years of professional experience on a programming position in the gamedev industry.
• At least 2 years of professional experience with Unreal Engine.
• Good communication skills.
• Expert practical knowledge of C++.
• Expert knowledge of gameplay solutions used in modern video games.
• Keeping up to date with current technology trends.
• Working knowledge of citybuilder/strategy game development is a plus.
