Requirements:

✔️ At least 5 years of experience in the games industry.
✔️ At least 2 shipped AA or AAA titles.
✔️ Previous experience in a senior or lead role.
✔️ Proven experience in creating open worlds.
✔️ Strong level design skills, both gameplay and visual (blockout, meshing, scene lighting), for interiors and exteriors.
✔️ Very good knowledge of Unreal Engine 5, including Blueprints.
✔️ Solid understanding of the whole game design process.
✔️ Ability to write clear design documentation.
✔️ Up-to-date knowledge of modern level design trends and solutions.
✔️ Very good English, spoken and written.

Nice to have:

✔️ Level design experience in simulation games or games featuring vehicles.

Responsibilities:

✔️ Designing and building levels, from blockout to the final, polished scene.
✔️ Creating and maintaining level design documentation.
✔️ Proposing and shaping the overall direction of level design in the project.
✔️ Setting up and running the level creation process in our projects.
✔️ Working with the Art team on asset needs and iterations.
✔️ Taking an active part in shaping the game’s vision together with the Product Owner.
✔️ Owning the quality and delivery of the game world.
