What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• A creative mind that wants to develop experience in game dev
• Someone that have a ton of ideas but doesn’t fear the feedback
• Someone who knows how to use the Creative Cloud package

What will you be doing?

• Design characters, environments, UI elements, and marketing materials according to the game’s style and vision
• Follow established visual guidelines and contribute to developing and maintaining a consistent art direction across all assets
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, create concept art, mood boards, and visual prototypes to support early-stage game design
• Continuously research and adapt to new graphic design tools, techniques, and industry standards to keep the visual quality competitive
• Work closely with the marketing department

What do we want from you?

• Be a gamer, follow trends, and stay up to date with the news
• Know what kind of content clicks on these platforms: Facebook, X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Discord
• Be organized, punctual, and able to organize work independently
• Have basic knowledge of programs like Adobe (Premiere Pro, Photoshop) or any video editing software (if you’re more confident in CapCut or DaVinci Resolve, that’s great)
• Be fluent in English – both speaking and writing – we have an international team, and some meetings are only in this language
• Be Creative!

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of After Effects or Unreal Engine
• Previous game dev experience
• Knowledge of what attracts players to simulation games
• Be familiar with Steam, Epic, GOG
• Be funny!
