BF Games is currently looking for an Account Manager to join our team.

As our Account Manager, you will be involved in all steps from planning marketing campaigns to evaluating them and continuously working on improving in terms of targeting, communication, conversion, offers, and more.

What you will be doing!

• Developing & maintaining key relationships with existing clients in order to promote the games and secure frequent promotion deals with main scope to increase the monthly revenue
• Responsible for creating and proposing promotional offers to clients
• Responsible for the entire customer experience. Working closely with customers to identify and manage the customer’s expectations, working closely with other internal departments, including the Development, UI and Marketing teams.
• Continuous analysis of market and competitive conditions
• Planning the roadmap of technical integrations, checking with Development Team the feasibility and supervising the process of technical integration
• Liaising between internal and external stakeholders
• Monthly reports on product performance, analysis and suggestions of what could be improved for generating higher revenues

Preferred Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Advanced level in Excel
• Strong communicator and presenter
• Fluency (both spoken and written) in English. Additional languages would be considered an asset.
• Previous experience in sales or business development would be an asset.
• Ability to work independently and quickly to produce high quality work requiring minimal oversight or correction
• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to multi-task and to work in an efficient way
• Problem solving attitude
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry is an advantage.
