This time, we’re looking for someone who doesn’t just use computers – but loves building, fixing and understanding them inside-out.
If you’ve ever assembled your own PC, compared Ryzen R5 vs. Core i5 for fun, or taken apart an old phone just to see what’s inside – you might be the one we’re looking for.

Join us as an IT Specialist / Hardware Support – someone who keeps our studio tech running, from cables to cloud.

⚠️ This is an on-site role in our Kraków office – no remote option available.

What will you be doing?

• Day-to-day IT support for the team (hardware & software);
• Preparing and managing equipment – laptops, phones, accessories;
• Small repairs, diagnostics, and upgrades (yes, screwdrivers will be involved 🪛);
• Managing access to internal & external services (Google Workspace, VPNs, licenses);
• Setting up and onboarding new employees;
• Supporting basic cybersecurity and general trainings;
• Editing & monitoring websites (e.g. WordPress);
• Light network administration (LAN/WAN, routers, printers, cables, etc.).

What we’re looking for:

• Genuine passion for hardware – you build, tweak, and fix things for fun;
• Solid knowledge of computer components – you know the difference between a Ryzen R5 and a Core i5 (and care);
• Very good working knowledge of Windows and macOS systems (desktop);
• Understanding of LAN/WAN networking basics;
• Problem-solving mindset – you're not afraid to dig in and figure things out;
• Friendly communication style – you can explain things without sounding like a support bot;
• English skills good enough to navigate documentation, tools, and basic team communication.
