🎯 Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Business Developer / Fundraiser who will actively drive capital acquisition and strategic partnerships — in Poland and internationally.
This is a deal-making role with strong execution focus.
🔥 Your Responsibilities
- Identifying and acquiring investors (Poland & global markets)
- Actively sourcing investors also outside the gaming industry (HNWIs, entrepreneurs, family offices, private capital)
- Structuring and negotiating revenue-share and equity deals
- Conducting online and in-person 1:1 meetings with potential investors
- Representing the studio at networking events, conferences, pitch sessions and industry fairs (Poland & abroad)
- Building relationships with companies and strategic partners
- Initiating and managing conversations with publishers
- Managing investor funnel (CRM, pipeline, follow-ups)
- Supporting Seed / Series A preparation
- Identifying and applying for public funding programs (national & EU)
- Writing or coordinating grant applications and supporting their financial reporting and settlement
- Coordinating with CEO and legal advisors on deal structuring
💼 We Expect
- Proven experience in fundraising, investment sales, venture capital, startup finance or M&A
- Demonstrated track record of closing investment deals
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in representing a company in high-level meetings
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Fluent English (B2/C1 minimum)
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience raising capital for a game, tech, creative or startup project
- Experience working with investors outside your core industry
- Experience negotiating publisher agreements
- Experience with public markets or stock exchange processes
- Experience in acquiring public grants (e.g. EU, national programs)
- Experience writing funding applications and participating in fund settlement/reporting
- Understanding of game development pipelines
💰 Compensation
We offer:
- Base salary (part-time) – stable foundation
- Success fee (% of closed and funded deals)
- Performance-based upside for larger rounds
- Possibility of long-term strategic position in scaling the studio
- Potential equity participation (to be discussed)
Commission structure will be transparent and tied directly to signed and funded agreements.
