Duties:
- Creating drafts and blockouts of locations for competitive multiplayer FPP game
- Designing small and large, multi-story structures (interiors and exteriors)
- Designing rich and complex open-world sectors combining architecture and nature
- Creating solutions fully supporting advanced combat and parkour movement
- Designing sections for interactive NPC’s (including creating paths and workspots)
- Working in constant cooperation with other members of the team
Requirements:
- Experience in Unreal Engine 5 (good understanding of tools and methods)
- Advanced knowledge of Level Design principles
- Good understanding of competitive multiplayer games (especially the factors that influence competition, cooperation and exploration)
- Ability to build complex blockouts (from tight interiors to large and open exteriors)
- Good understanding of player behavior, habits and playstyles
- Proficiency in chosen 3D modeling software: ability to create blockout assets
- Good communication skills, ability to work in collaboration with others and within deadlines
- Proactive, problem-solving attitude
- English language skills (we communicate in Polish/English)
- Nice to have:
- Experience working on First Person Perspective games
- Experience working on Multiplayer games
- Good understanding of architecture, composition, color theory and lighting
- Experience with third-party software tools and plugins
